About this role
Roles ResponsibilitiesPlaywright Automation
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript/Python)
Design end-to-end (E2E), UI, and regression test suites
Implement cross-browser testing (Chromium, Firefox, WebKit)
Build scalable automation frameworks from scratch or enhance existing ones
Integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Perform test execution, debugging, and reporting
Work with developers and QA teams to ensure testability and coverage
Implement parallel execution, retries, and test optimization strategies
Develop reusable utilities and page object models (POM)
Strong experience in Playwright automation framework
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
Knowledge of test design patterns (POM, fixtures, hooks)
Experience with API mocking
Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
Familiarity with Git version control
