Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting processes. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of issues that impact business functions. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining system reliability and supporting operational excellence across multiple platforms.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and service management teams to facilitate issue resolution.
- Oversee the implementation of Requests for Change to minimize operational disruptions.
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles to support efficient troubleshooting.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling Development.
- Experience in designing and developing data models within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data modeling and development issues.
- Familiarity with SAP BW/4HANA architecture and integration with other SAP modules.
- Skilled in optimizing data flows and improving system performance.
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling Development.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
