Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate prompt resolution of technical issues.

Maintain and update knowledge base articles to improve troubleshooting processes.

Assist in the creation and implementation of Requests for Change to support system improvements.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
