Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

The role includes managing change requests and continuously updating documentation to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of technical issues to support business continuity and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on routine tasks and troubleshooting. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
• Experience in database backup and recovery techniques to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Strong skills in performance tuning and optimization of database systems.
• Ability to manage and implement database security measures to protect sensitive information.
• Familiarity with database patching and upgrade processes to maintain system currency and stability.
• Competence in writing and maintaining technical documentation related to database administration tasks. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
