Technology Support Analyst II

Key Deliverables

• Provide Tier I and II support for hardware and software issues
• Develop, test, and maintain workstation images for Windows and Apple products
• Perform Active Directory Moves/Adds/Changes and support hardware/software setup
• Maintain data communications and connectivity for local, remote, and virtual office users

Role Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for both in-house and remote users
• Manage end-user backup and anti-virus applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure workstation deployment and upgrades
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensure process documentation is current
