Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join the ISPG team as Presales and Technical Specialists. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing customer engagement and presales capabilities, specifically for M365 Security & Compliance workloads. The position combines technical proficiency with customer-centric communication to generate leads, deliver compelling demos, and drive adoption of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations for M365 Security & Compliance workloads.
• Effectively communicate product capabilities to address customer challenges and requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Participate in an intensive 30-day training program to gain expertise in M365 Security & Compliance solutions.
• Set up and manage demo environments to simulate customer scenarios.
• Quickly adapt to emerging workloads and technologies within the M365 ecosystem.
• Develop deep technical knowledge in specific M365 Security & Compliance workloads.
• Provide focused presales and post-sales support to customers, ensuring high-quality engagements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and execution.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and customers to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
• Travel across PAN India to meet customers, deliver demos, and manage project requirements.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications

• Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE).
• Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).

• Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and master new technologies quickly.
