Project Role : Technology OpS Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Summary: Handles complex technical issues in OSD and Intune management, provides guidance to analysts, and ensures adherence to ITIL and organizational standards
Roles & Responsibilities: Lead deployment and configuration of Windows/macOS endpoints through OSD and Intune. Implement, monitor, and enforce Intune policies, security baselines, and compliance profiles. Apply OS patches, firmware updates, driver updates, and fix vulnerabilities across endpoints. Design and maintain automation scripts for device onboarding, updates, and remediation. Identify recurring incidents and assist in root cause analysis and problem management. Provide L2/L3 support and guidance to analysts. Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge articles. Participate in CAB discussions for Intune/OSD changes, patches, or automation scripts. .
Professional & Technical Skills: Advanced experience with OSD, Intune, Autopilot, and deployment automation. Strong PowerShell, Python, or scripting knowledge. Deep understanding of device compliance, driver management, and firmware updates. ITIL process certification or equivalent experience. Ability to troubleshoot complex device issues.
Additional Information: ITIL Foundation Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager Associate Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Expert (MD-100/101, MD-102) Relevant scripting or automation certifications (PowerShell, Python) Problem Management: Analyze recurring incidents to prevent future issues. Change Management: Ensure proper testing, documentation, and approval for OS/Intune changes. Knowledge Management: Create knowledge base articles and SOPs for analysts. The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Intune. This position is based at our Gurugram office. A 15 years full time education is required. 4–5 years in endpoint management, OSD, and Intune with exposure to L2/L3 support.
