About this role
The Technology Manager, Network and Infrastructure Delivery, is responsible for building and leading this team. This includes defining the strategy and roadmaps for deep and multi-dimensional exploration and detection of complex issues that could impact network performance, reliability, and/or security. The team's goal is to build tooling that automates detection and correction, enables and streamlines highly complex troubleshooting across distributed infrastructure, and enables software engineers to automate detection and response into their applications.
In addition to network observability, you will build a team that is driving network automation and AI at scale. Today we use NetBox as our source of truth for network assets and configurations. This team will create automation for new site provisioning, site changes, cloud networking improvements, and self-service tooling for software developers.
This role will need to work in a collaborative and supportive manner with many cross-functional teams, as well as develop, maintain, and evolve our process for managing vendors, delivery programs, support processes and metrics, network and infrastructure standards, and ensure the portfolio of projects is delivered successfully.
