Zinnov is hiring for the role of Technology Manager, Legal Apps, Integrations and Data on behalf of a leading global MedTech company an organization where technology sits at the center of everything: powering how the core business operates day to day and shaping the products and digital solutions that will define the future of patient care.

This role is part of the company's establishment of a new India Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru, in partnership with Zinnov a global management consulting and strategy advisory firm that has helped establish and transform 220+ Global Capability Centers (GCCs), enabling 250,000+ professionals to drive innovation for the world's leading enterprises.

What you'll do

As a Technology Manager, Legal Apps, Integrations and Data, you will lead the strategy, delivery, integration, and ongoing management of enterprise Legal and Compliance applications and the data flows that connect them to the broader technology ecosystem.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, enterprise architecture, data, security, ERP, and delivery teams to build secure, scalable, and reliable solutions across legal platforms, enterprise SaaS applications, SAP environments, databases, and reporting ecosystems while ensuring strong governance, data quality, and operational resilience.

How you'll make an impact

• Own the roadmap, delivery, and lifecycle management of Legal applications, integrations, and data capabilities aligned with business priorities and enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead the design and delivery of integrations across matter management, contract lifecycle, eDiscovery, document repositories, compliance platforms, vendor tools, and other enterprise applications.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Security, Data, ERP, and Architecture stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable functional and technical solutions.
• Govern end-to-end data flows across Legal systems, ensuring data accuracy, availability, security, access control, traceability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Lead the design, implementation, and support of APIs, middleware integrations, data pipelines, and interfaces connecting enterprise SaaS platforms, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, databases, and downstream systems.
• Oversee the full delivery lifecycle including solution design, build, testing, deployment, release/change management, monitoring, production support, and continuous improvement.
• Drive resolution of complex integration, data, and compatibility issues through root-cause analysis, performance monitoring, and structured remediation.
• Manage external vendors, system integrators, and technology partners, ensuring delivery quality, service performance, cost effectiveness, and alignment to roadmap priorities.
• Establish and maintain architecture documentation, integration specifications, data mappings, operating procedures, governance standards, and management reporting for the Legal technology portfolio.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline required.
• Master's degree in a technical, business, or related discipline preferred.

What you'll bring

Required:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, systems integration, data integration, or application delivery, including leadership responsibility for complex technology initiatives.
• Strong experience leading enterprise application and integration solutions across Legal/Compliance platforms, SaaS applications, databases, and ERP environments, including SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI), SAP API Management, or a comparable enterprise middleware/integration platform.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and technologies including REST, OData, SOAP APIs, IDoc, RFC/BAPI, file/SFTP interfaces, data mapping, transformation, and interface monitoring.
• Experience with enterprise data management including SQL, database concepts, ETL/data pipelines, data modeling, data quality, data lifecycle, and data governance controls.
• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into solution architecture, functional/technical specifications, delivery plans, testing strategies, and production support models.
• Strong understanding of security, privacy, access control, auditability, records/data governance, and compliance requirements for enterprise applications and integrations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and global teams, manage vendors or delivery partners, influence senior stakeholders, and drive accountability for outcomes.

Preferred:

• Experience with Legal or Compliance technology platforms such as matter management, contract lifecycle management, eDiscovery, document management, legal hold, or other enterprise legal applications.
• Experience with SAP BTP / Integration Suite, API Management, and integrations between SAP S/4HANA/ECC and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise SaaS applications, reporting/analytics tools, data platforms, and automation technologies.
• Experience leading enterprise application separations, migrations, integration programs, or SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives in complex global environments.
• Experience in regulated or validated environments with awareness of GxP, CSV/CSA, audit trails, electronic records, change control, or similar compliance expectations.
