What you'll do

The Technology Manager of Finance SAP (O2C) is an SAP IT Functional subject matter expert and leader responsible for designing, developing, testing, and delivering SAP ECC and S/4 solutions for Order-to-Cash (O2C).

Working under minimal supervision, this role has hands-on experience planning, designing, and building Order-to-Cash (O2C) finance applications, including billing, invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable processes.

How you'll make an impact

• Lead the planning, architecture, solution design, and implementation of applications supporting global Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, starting with SAP S/4 Sales & Distribution (SD) and satellite applications (such as RevRec, APO, GATP, GTS, EDI, Vertex) to support medical device business processes.
• Lead design, integration, and optimization of credit check, pricing integration, billing, and invoicing solutions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional system specifications.
• Deliver system enhancements, upgrades, and testing to improve performance, efficiency, and compliance.
• Perform data analysis and reporting for sales, revenue, and cash flow processes.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
• MBA, CA/CPA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

What you'll bring

Required:

• 8+ years of hands-on knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA Order-to-Cash, including but not limited to SD.
• Proven experience delivering credit management, pricing, billing, and invoicing integrations.
• Strong understanding of commercial and financial reporting (sales, revenue, margin, open orders, inventory).
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience leading projects, managing priorities, and delivering results in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience designing and delivering large, global S/4HANA Order-to-Cash implementations; Revenue Recognition; APO, GATP, GTS, EDI, Vertex.
• Experience in medical device, life sciences, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions that drive quantifiable ROI and business value.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring team members.
