Technology Lead

Company Description Lyncc is building compliance-grade sourcing infrastructure for sustainable agri-ingredients, builds supply chains with certified farmers across Asia with institutional buyers worldwide. The platform digitises and de-risks the end-to-end procurement workflow, including specification locking, lab testing, sustainability certification management, traceability, pre-export compliance, and import documentation. Lyncc addresses systemic trust and compliance gaps in global sourcing. The company operates across leading standards such as Organic (NOP/JAS/EU), Global G.A.P., Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, and FFL, giving buyers reliable access to certified Asian origin supply. Customers include ingredient processors, food and nutra manufacturers and CPG brands in the EU, US, and UK who need compliant and traceable sourcing without building their own infrastructure.

Role Description We're looking for a founding-level technology leader, a co-founder/CEO, to own Lyncc's product and AI/ML capability end to end. You'll set the technical and data-science direction, design the model and platform architecture, and drive development, testing, and the feedback loop between live operations and the models that learn from them. You'll build and lead the team, in-house engineers, outsourced vendors, and research collaborators, and set best practices across development, testing, deployment, and MLOps. Above all, you'll own the AI/ML that turns Lyncc's proprietary supply-chain data into a durable advantages. This is a founding seat: deep ownership, high ambiguity, and building from the front. Working with teams based out the US and in India.

Qualifications

• Master's in CS, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related quantitative field is required. A PhD in AI/ML is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML (or IoT) systems in production, not just research or prototypes.
• 5+ years building and shipping software, including experience leading engineers or technical teams.
• Deep expertise in at least one of AI/ML or IoT (for example: ML model development and MLOps, or embedded and sensor systems with IoT data pipelines).
• Strong systems and data architecture: you can design a production platform, its data model, and its integrations, not just individual models.
• A track record of taking a product from concept through architecture, build, testing, and production.
• Founder mindset: Equity will be given. Must be comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and building from the front.
