Technology Lead

Company Description Lyncc is building compliance-grade supply chain infrastructure for sustainable agri-ingredients, connecting certified farmer groups across Asia with institutional buyers worldwide. The company digitises and de-risks the procurement workflow from RFQ to verified delivery, covering traceability and documentation in a single platform. Lyncc addresses structural trust and compliance challenges in global sourcing, replacing verified, digitised, compliance-ready supply.

Role Description We're hiring a Technology Lead to own Lyncc's product and AI/ML models end to end. You will set to drive development, testing and the feedback loop cycles between live operations and the current models that learn from them. You will lead the team, in-house engineers, outsourced vendors, and technology collaborators. Day-to-day, you will lead a cross-functional engineering and data-science team, define the technical and model architecture, review code, and set best practices for development, testing, deployment, and MLOps. You will report to the founders. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for partial work from home.

Qualifications

• Education: A degree in CS, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related quantitative field; a Master's/PhD in AI/ML is a plus, but proven experience shipping AI/ML in production matters more.
• 5+ years building and shipping software products, with 1+ years leading engineers or technical teams.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in at least one of AI/ML or IoT — e.g. ML model development and MLOps, or embedded / sensor systems and IoT data pipelines.
• Strong systems and data architecture: you can design a production platform, its data model and its integrations, not just individual models.
• A track record of taking a product from concept through architecture, build, testing and iteration in production.
