Required Skills:
Knowledge of any scripting or programming language.
Proven techno-functional expertise in business analysis, solution design, and platform configuration.
Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI-driven enterprise use cases.
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, workflows, and automation frameworks.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business requirement discussions and translate them into no-code/low-code and AI-enabled solutions.
Design and oversee workflows, forms, automations, dashboards, and process improvements.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI for automation, insights or decision support.
Manage stakeholder communication, project delivery, UAT, and implementation planning.
Guide junior team members and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
Functional Knowledge:-Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
Business Expertise:- knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
Leadership:- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
Problem Solving:-Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
Impact:-Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies
Interpersonal Skills:-Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
4-6 years of relevant experience
Relevant platform or AI certifications are an added advantage.
Experience in Agile/Scrum and enterprise transformation programs is preferred.
