🎯 Role Purpose Lead the development of a new payment system for a banking client.

📦 Key Deliverables

• Deliver high-quality product within agreed timelines
• Manage a team of 5 software engineers

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Work with Architects to validate system design
• Perform effort estimation
• Prepare design documents and architecture diagrams
• Break down complex tasks for team execution
• Task allocation and work breakdown
• Team management and mentoring
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards
• Manage integration and handover to implementation team
• Validate deliverables against requirements
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery
