Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the progress of substantial and intricate technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with established frameworks and collaborating closely with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and potential risks. The role requires steering the delivery process to maintain high service quality and cost efficiency, while fostering ongoing success and profitability. Additionally, the position involves proactively supporting business development efforts by contributing innovative solutions and upholding excellence in project execution, ensuring that all aspects of delivery meet organizational standards and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Lead coordination efforts across multiple teams to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks relevant to technology delivery.
• Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within complex project environments.
• Ability to analyze and optimize service quality and cost parameters to drive project profitability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with sponsors and cross-functional teams.
• Capability to innovate and implement solutions that enhance delivery processes and client satisfaction.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Argus.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
