This role requires continuous collaboration with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and mitigate risks. The day is also dedicated to steering the delivery team towards maintaining high service quality and cost efficiency. Additionally, the role involves fostering innovation and supporting business growth by delivering exceptional solutions and maintaining strong communication across various teams and departments.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams to align objectives.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
