Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to align technology strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Inventory Management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices within enterprise environments.
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing inventory workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to inventory systems and data integrity.
• Familiarity with integration of inventory management solutions with other enterprise resource planning modules.
