Roles and Responsibility
Job Requirements
- Lead the development and implementation of AI engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions using AI and machine learning.
- Design and implement data models, algorithms, and software architectures to solve complex business problems.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and testing methodologies.
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, resource allocation plans, and project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of AI, ML, and deep learning concepts, including natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and relevant frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
