- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and project success.

- Experience in managing system landscapes, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments.
- Strong understanding of system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security management within SAP Basis.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to implement architectural changes effectively.
- Skilled in capacity planning and ensuring high availability and disaster recovery strategies for SAP systems.
