This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural designs align with organizational goals and technical requirements, fostering seamless integration and robust system functionality across various environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical expertise.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies relevant to ITOM.
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
