The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural designs align with organizational goals and provide a robust foundation for future growth and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Nutanix Administration.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and hyper-converged infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of storage solutions and network configurations related to Nutanix environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize infrastructure performance.
• Familiarity with cloud integration and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Skilled in automation and scripting to streamline administrative tasks.
