Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions within cloud environments.

Strong knowledge of integration techniques and data flow management across diverse systems.

Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements in technology architecture.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering sustainable and efficient solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.
