Summary:As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose innovative architectural solutions that enhance system performance and user experience. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of these solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards while mentoring junior team members in the process.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve architecture efficiency.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
