Technology Application Specialist (TAS)

Key Responsibilities ;

• Support the prioritisation and delivery of the technical backlog for BPI capabilities, aligning activities with business value and risk.
• Apply BPMN modelling standards and promote consistent process-modelling practices across the organisation.
• Create, review and maintain business process models to support process understanding, configuration and quality assurance.
• Provide guidance and support to business users on process modelling standards and best practices.
• Support the interpretation and analysis of process mining and task mining outputs to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements and operational challenges.
• Support the configuration and effective use of SaaS-based process management / process modelling platforms.
