Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role at P D Navkar Bio - Chem Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. This role will involve building strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
• Knowledge of food additives, bakery ingredients, and related products
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Experience in the food industry or related fields
• BSc in related stream and PG in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• 1 to 4 years of experience in the industry
