Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Techno Manager with strong Salesforce expertise to lead large-scale digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing large programs, driving delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and Salesforce-based enterprise solutions. Experience in the Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) domain is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large Salesforce transformation programs and portfolios.
• Handle end-to-end program delivery, governance, planning, risk management, and execution.
• Monitor project KPIs, program health, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support pre-sales, solutioning, and client presentations when required.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce Platform and ecosystem.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale programs with 50+ team members.
• Experience in program management, delivery management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing multi-vendor and distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and executive leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) domain experience.
• Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, PMP, Scrum certifications, etc.).
• Knowledge of enterprise integrations, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12-18+ years of IT experience with significant Salesforce delivery and program management exposure.

Location Preference: Pune-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Pune.
