About this role
- Technical Project Manager's role who acts as a bridge between technical execution and business objectives, requiring strong leadership, communication, and technical knowledge.
- JD includes the below:
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end technical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience with software development projects with well defined SDLC process
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.
- Act as the liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Implement and enforce agile, Scrum for efficient project workflows.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate software deployment, integration, and quality assurance efforts with development and QA teams.
- Foster collaboration, communication, and problem-solving among cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, data governance, and industry best practices.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, documentation, and the functional specification process.
- Manage vendor relationships and external technical partners as needed.
- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
