Job Summary We are seeking an experienced

Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and support across enterprise applications. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient ERP solutions that support critical business processes.

Key Responsibilities · Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. · Lead ERP implementation, enhancement, customization, upgrade, and support initiatives. · Configure ERP modules based on business requirements and organizational best practices. · Design, develop, and support integrations between ERP systems and third-party enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and file-based integrations. · Collaborate with business users, Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver end-to-end ERP solutions. · Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements through ERP capabilities. · Develop functional design documents, technical specifications, process flows, and user documentation. · Coordinate data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities during ERP implementations and upgrades. · Support system integration testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, and post-go-live support. · Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions. · Ensure ERP solutions comply with security, governance, audit, and organizational standards.

Required Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline. · 7+ years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant with enterprise ERP systems. · Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms such as: o Oracle Fusion o Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) o Microsoft Dynamics 365 o Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) o SAP o Other leading enterprise ERP solutions · Strong experience in ERP implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and production support. · Experience working with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, Order Management, or other ERP functional modules. · Experience integrating ERP systems with external applications using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, SFTP, and middleware technologies. · Strong knowledge of SQL, data migration, ETL processes, and database concepts. · Experience preparing functional specifications and collaborating with development teams for solution delivery. · Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. · Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.

Preferred Skills · Experience with integration platforms such as Azure Integration Services, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar middleware technologies. · Exposure to cloud-based ERP platforms and SaaS applications. · Experience with ETL tools, data migration, and enterprise data integration. · Understanding of API management, enterprise integration patterns, and secure data exchange. · Experience working with or integrating

Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is needed. · Basic understanding of treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity management, payment processing, and bank reconciliation.
