Key Responsibility

BC Implementation

Own functional and technical delivery across BC implementation, from requirements and fit-gap through design, configuration, development, UAT, go-live and stabilization.

Business & Functional Ownership

Work directly with business users, understand processes and requirements, and translate them into practical BC solutions.

Technical BC Ownership

Own BC technical design, AL development, extensions, customizations, reports, integrations and technical troubleshooting.

Day-to-Day BC Support

Provide senior-level support for the 100+ BC user base and resolve or guide resolution of complex issues.

Enhancements & Change Management

Evaluate enhancement requests, assess impact, define solutions, coordinate development, testing and deployment.

BC Governance

Maintain technical standards, architecture, documentation, development practices, security and deployment procedures.

UAT & Rollout

Lead/coordinate UAT, issue resolution, user communication, training and rollout.

Team Guidance

Guide Dinesh and future ERP/BC support resources and reduce single-person dependency through documentation and knowledge transfer.

4. Key Job Responsibilities

• Work directly with business users and process owners to understand business processes, pain points and requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend standard Business Central functionality before proposing customization.
• Prepare functional requirements, solution designs, process flows and technical specifications.
• Configure Business Central and develop/maintain AL-based extensions and customizations.
• Work with tables, pages, reports, queries, codeunits, workflows, APIs and integrations.
• Own or support end-to-end BC implementation activities including data migration, testing, cutover, go-live and stabilization.
• Act as the senior escalation point for functional and technical BC issues.
• Analyse recurring production issues and implement permanent corrective solutions.
• Manage enhancement requests from requirement through development, testing, UAT and deployment.
• Coordinate with users, vendors/partners and internal technical resources as required.
• Maintain BC technical and functional documentation, deployment procedures and knowledge base.
• Mentor Dinesh and future ERP/BC support resources and ensure adequate knowledge coverage.

9. Salary Budget Delhi NCR

Recommended HR budget: 1520 LPA CTC. Target offer: 1618 LPA for a strong 7–10 year candidate;
