Techno Functional Business Analyst

Job Role & responsibilities:-

• Identify fields required to be migrated
• Understand the validation in place / needed to be in place for this Customer data
• Review the quality of this data understand what needs to be fixed (& what does not) at source & target platforms
• Working with key business SMEs, develop solutions to transform the Crest data from old world to new Salesforce and gain agreement to do so
• Work with technical teams to develop solutions to the above what can be fixed programmatically / what requires manual fix (membership teams to actually call the Customer)

Skills & Experience required:-

• Experience of working in discovery
• Crest and Salesforce knowledge desirable
• Health Domain Knowledge
• Systems analysis desirable
• Product lifecycle
• Sound BA skills
• Good communication skills
• Product ways of working
• Experience of working in discovery and being able to think at macro level and macro level
• Proactivity in managing the workload
• Systems analysis desirable
