Techno Commercial Quotation Executive -(MNC Company) Gurugram - 5 Days

Role Summary:

We are seeking a technically sound and commercially aware professional to support sales, operations, and client coordination functions in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and commercial support to the sales and operations teams.
• Prepare techno-commercial quotations and cost estimates.
• Review customer drawings and specifications using design tools like AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and clients for order execution.
• Assist in tender documentation, proposals, and project documentation.
• Maintain proper documentation and written communication with clients.
• Should be well versed with using ERP for creating quotations and maintaining MIS reports for management
• Should be a go getter to have active involvement from receiving enquiry till submitting the quotation to customer/sales team and arranging all the needful data

by co-ordinating with various departments for availing needful documents/certifications/ drawings etc and close looping

Key Requirements:

• Strong 2 Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and interpretation of technical drawings.
• Good commercial knowledge including costing and quotations.
• Decent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage timelines.
• Ability to single handedly manage RFQ to sunmitting the quote/offer/tenders and also maintaining MIS
