Carry out routine and breakdown maintenance (electrical, plumbing, basic civil). Troubleshoot faults and ensure timely resolution. Maintain equipment, tools, and service records. Support preventive maintenance schedules. Ensure safety compliance and follow standard procedures. Strictly follow weekly and monthly PM schedules for all machinery. Test emergency systems like emergency lighting and fire alarms routinely. Perform routine check-ups on air conditioning units, clean filters, monitor cooling parameters, and troubleshoot minor cooling issues.
