Job Description and Responsibilites-

Machine Condition Monitoring - Inspect machine conditions during production. - Identify abnormalities to assess potential damages. - Ensure machine operation continuity. - Maintain high machine efficiency.

Machine Maintenance & Repair - Prepare spare parts and tools for maintenance. - Perform preventive maintenance as per weekly/monthly schedules. - Record and report machine abnormalities detected during maintenance. - Summarize maintenance performance for future efficiency improvement. - Readiness of spare parts and tools. - Successful execution of maintenance plans. - Reduced machine downtime during operations. - Fast troubleshooting and problem resolution. - Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions. - Control maintenance costs efficiently. - Cost-effective maintenance expenses.
