Roles & Responsibilities
Assemble, install, and test solar and LED products as per production/quality standards.
¢ Carry out routine machine operations and basic troubleshooting on the shop floor.
¢ Perform quality checks at each stage of assembly/production to ensure defect-free output.
¢ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
¢ Coordinate with the shift supervisor/line in-charge for daily production targets.
¢ Maintain proper documentation of work completed, materials used, and any issues faced.
¢ Support preventive maintenance activities on production equipment.
¢ Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
¢ ITI / Diploma / BE graduates in Electrical, Electronics, or related trades.
¢ Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in
manufacturing/assembly/technical roles.
¢ Basic understanding of electrical/electronic components and hand tools.
¢ Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
¢ Good attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
