- Perform routine maintenance and service as per company guidelines.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure proper functioning post-service.
- Support R&D or product teams with technical feedback from the field.
- Maintain service records and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and dealers for service-related issues.
