Technician - TPM

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technician to join our team in the TPM department. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

• Drive and coordinate TPM implementation across the plant.


• Facilitate Autonomous maintenance activities with shop floor operators.


• Coordinate PM activities with the maintenance department.


• Prepare and monitor TPM audit checklists.


• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.


• Strong understanding of TPM principles and practices.


• Excellent communication and coordination skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
