About this role
- Assembling different electronic components like IC;s, FPGA, BGA, SMD devices using hand tools and soldering irons, SMD workstation
- Testing modules/ PCB products and parts using measuring tools and software to ensure they meet pre-defined specifications.
- Identifying and rectifying product defects and assembly problems, replacing faulty components when necessary.
- Following clean room procedures and safety protocols to handle sensitive electronic components without damage.
- Collaborating with other team members to optimize production processes and improve the quality of the final products.
- Populate or modify/replace components on printed circuit board assemblies.
- Preparing reports documenting the assembly process and any issues encountered along the way.
