• Rectify complaints CCMS controller given by the CMS team
• Rectify streetlight complaints given by the port maintenance team and CMS team, Carry out installations of new panels and new LED lights when required
• Should resolve target number of complaints as provided by the manager
• Should maintain data about the spares received and faulty spares sent to for repair
• Should do Root Cause Analysis of frequent complaints and assist in avoiding the faults
