Role Summary:
Responsible for monitoring and operating production equipment, ensuring safe and efficient plant operations, maintaining process records, supporting quality compliance, and handling emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate plant equipment and process parameters.
• Ensure safe, smooth, and efficient production operations.
• Maintain production records, log sheets, and checklists.
• Coordinate with workers to achieve production targets.
• Identify and report process or equipment abnormalities.
• Ensure proper shift handover to the next operator.
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Respond effectively during emergency situations.
