Technician - Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Assembly and installation of Electrolyser stack according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Carry out all Mechanical assembly as per drawing / instruction as per documents.
• Keep records of production quantities and time.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled machines to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Maintain equipment in good condition.
• Promote safe and healthy production environment and perform safe work practices always.

Skills you will need

Must have

• ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Fitting, Assy Technology)
• 2-5 yrs of industrial experience required. Prior experience in Electrolyser or allied industry will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in carrying out workshop activities such as grinding, cutting, welding etc. as per engineering requirements.
• Working knowledge on turning, fitting and other machining processes including NC controlled machines.
• Hands-on experience in CNC machine assembly and troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and tools.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of safety protocols and certifications in workplace safety and/or EHS will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
