Technician / Fitter

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tyre fitting, removal, and replacement.
• Inspect tyres for wear, damage, and defects.
• Carry out tyre inflation, rotation, and basic repairs.
• Support wheel balancing and wheel alignment activities.
• Provide on-site and on-road breakdown assistance.
• Handle tyre servicing tools and equipment safely.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Inspect vehicles and report basic mechanical issues.
• Maintain service records and documentation using forms or mobile applications.
• Support material management and maintain vehicle readiness.
• Interact professionally with customers and coordinate with supervisors.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass for Technicians and 8th Pass for Fitters.
• ITI qualification preferred.
• Candidates with experience in tyre fitting, tyre servicing, wheel rotation, balancing, alignment support, or basic vehicle maintenance are preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and proper tool handling is required.
• Freshers may be considered, subject to the employer's selection criteria.
• Willingness to work at customer sites and provide breakdown support is desirable.
