Technician - Engineering (Instrumentation)

1. Responsible for Maintenance of plant machines, perform preventive maintenance, break down maintenance, calibration with all related documentation.

2. Responsible to maintaining Electrical/Instruments, emergency power, power controls, motor controls, machine control, electrical heat tracing, lighting protection, cable tray, fire alarm, public address, plant security system, card access system and ETC.

3. Responsible for the earthing pit testing and its compliance.

4. Maintenance of Uninterrupted power supply and its schedule checking of battery,

5. Maintenance of power Distribution panel, Equipment Distribution panel and main Power Distribution panel.

6. Maintain the all logbook related to electrical such an electrical panel reading, UPS reading Preventive Maintenance of equipment's and calibration and instrument ETC.

7. Maintain required inventory related to electrical ensure minimum breakdown,

8. Adhere to current technologies, cGMP, USFDA, MHRA TGA and other regulatory audits,

9. Responsible to execute the other assigned activities by Head Engineering.
