Technician - Coating Block A

We are seeking an experienced Coating Operator to join our USFDA-approved pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining coating equipment for tablets, ensuring compliance with cGMP, FDA regulations, and company SOPs.

• Operate and monitor tablet coating machines (e.g., pan coaters, spray systems) as per batch records.
• Perform in-process checks (weight, thickness, appearance) and document results accurately.
• Execute equipment cleaning, changeovers, and preventive maintenance per SOPs.
• Maintain production records and ensure data integrity (ALCOA+ principles).
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality standards at all times.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in OSD manufacturing, specifically tablet coating.
• Knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and pharmaceutical documentation practices.
• Ability to work in a controlled environment and follow strict SOPs.

• Hands-on experience with coating equipment and related machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
