Technician 1

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and maintain BMS (Building Management System) and HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts on equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues with BMS and HVAC systems using diagnostic tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
• Collaborate with other technicians to resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols when working at heights or in confined spaces.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in BMS & HVAC installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance.
• Diploma/B.Tech degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and practices related to low voltage wiring installations.
• Proficiency in programming languages used for controlling building management systems.
