What Youll Be Working On

• Internal HR policies & people processes
• Employee-facing knowledge articles
• Global people documentation & guidelines
• Content optimized for portals, mobile & chatbots

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain high-quality HR knowledge articles using Article Builder / CMS tools (WordPress preferred)
• Ensure content is accurate, concise, consistent, and globally understandable
• Follow approved content standards, templates, and taxonomy
• Optimize articles for multi-channel access (portal, mobile, chatbot)
• Collaborate with global stakeholders (US & Singapore) to gather inputs and validate content
• Review and update existing articles to maintain relevance and compliance
• Use approved AI tools to support content refinement and multilingual updates
• Incorporate user feedback to continuously improve clarity and usability
• Ensure content structure supports AI and chatbot ingestion

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

Technical / Tool Skills

• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• WordPress experience strongly preferred
• Experience using structured authoring tools or knowledge platforms
• Comfort working with AI-assisted content tools
• Strong understanding of content versioning, formatting, and governance

Domain & Writing Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in HR / People / Policy / Knowledge content writing
• Strong command over business and professional English
• Ability to write clear, neutral, policy-driven content
• Proven experience creating internal documentation or knowledge articles

Primary (Core) Skills

Writing & Communication

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to simplify complex processes into user-friendly documentation
• Strong verbal communication for stakeholder discussions

Education

• Bachelor’s degree
