This role as a Technical Writer within the Maintenance Task Creation team, part of Siemens Energy's Wind Power division. The role will focus on two primary areas: the creation and updating of technical documentation for wind turbine maintenance tooling, and the rigorous management of the entire documentation lifecycle. This involves translating complex engineering information into clear, concise maintenance procedures and ensuring all documents adhere to strict quality and version control standards. *Given the focus on technical content and process control, the ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a background in technical writing using Arbortext editor and Tech Pub Studio. *Apply expertise in topic-based authoring to produce modular, reusable, and structured content aligned with industry standards. *Work effectively with 3D models as a key resource, extracting relevant details to enhance technical documentation with accurate and visually compelling illustrations. *Participate in on-site validation of maintenance tasks, capturing visuals and feedback to refine final work instructions. *Proficiency in document management systems such as Windchill and Teamcenter, understanding of engineering change processes, and the ability to work independently are essential requirements for this position.
