Role & responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and user guides.
• Convert complex technical information into clear, easy-to-understand content.
• Coordinate with technical teams to gather and verify information.
• Review and edit documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Ensure documentation is updated as per product/process changes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates from an IT/Software company background preferred.
• Educational qualification: B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, or B.Sc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and documentation.
