Content Creation : Develop clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user manuals, system guides, API documentation, and other instructional materials.
Audience Analysis : Understand the target audience and tailor documentation to meet their needs, ensuring that technical information is presented in a manner accessible to the intended users.
Collaboration : Work closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and translate technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.

Technical Writer requirements and qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Trainer or similar role
- Background in Electronics and telecommunications, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
- Excellent written skills in English. Superb command on English Grammar. Schooling in English medium schools is preferred
- Ability to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information for customers
- Creative skills and usage of photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users understanding
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word\/PowerPoint Template Creation, ILLUSTRATOR, InDesign, Photoshop Basics etc. Must be fast at formatting documents.
- Professional Writing or Creative Writing is a big plus
- Nice to have interest or experience in Microcontrollers, PLCS HMIs etc.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills; Team player, Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
