Technical Visual Reasoning Specialist (Chemical Engineer)

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop complex visual reasoning tasks using authentic engineering artifacts (CAD drawings, P&IDs, blueprints, schematics, plant layouts, etc.).
2. Design problems requiring multi-step reasoning, troubleshooting, analysis, planning, or decision-making.
3. Ensure the visual component is essential to solving the problem.
4. Provide:
   
• Clear problem statements
• Relevant visual artifacts
• Concise final answers
• Detailed step-by-step worked solutions

Preferred Domains

• Process Engineering
• Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
• Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
• Plant layouts
• Control-loop diagrams

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech, Master's, or PhD in Engineering, Technology, Applied Sciences, Architecture, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of industry experience in engineering, operations, manufacturing, maintenance, planning, inspection, or system development; or experience in engineering simulation, modeling, digital twins, CAE, verification, or system design.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, layouts, and engineering documentation.
