Technical Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct product trainings at customer sites to ensure effective knowledge transfer and implementation of our solutions.
  
• Design and deliver technical training programs for customers on our products, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, and other automation technologies.
  
• Develop and maintain training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and videos, to support sales efforts.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted training initiatives.
  
• Provide ongoing support to customers through email, phone, or in-person visits to address any questions or issues related to product usage.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in technical training or a related field (product training).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Sc/B.Tech/B.E.).
  
• Strong understanding of industrial automation concepts, including PLC programming languages like Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagrams, Sequential Function Charts etc. .
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
